Shipping Information
We carefully pack and prepare each order in our studio, ensuring it reaches you with the care it deserves.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to serve you better:
- Standard Shipping – $12.95
We ship via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after your order leaves our studio. This is a trackable service. - Free Shipping
Available on orders over $50. We ship via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch. This service includes tracking.
Please note: The delivery times mentioned are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier logistics. We ship globally but are currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Promise
Just as we thoughtfully curate each item, we stand behind the quality and story of every piece. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with a process designed to be as respectful and clear as our craftsmanship.
Our Policy at a Glance:
- Return & Exchange Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The Returns & Exchanges Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of delivery, please email our curation team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided at the bottom of this page for clarity.
2. Receive Instructions
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our studio.
3. Package & Ship
Please securely package the item in its original packaging, write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
4. Inspection & Completion
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email.
- For returns, your refund will be processed.
- For exchanges, we will ship your new item promptly, following our standard shipping timelines.
Refunds: Timing & Method
Upon approval of your return:
- We process refunds within 1-2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- The refund will then be issued to your original payment method (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution or PayPal.
Please note: Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To preserve the integrity, safety, and personal nature of our curated collections, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Aromatic & Personal Care Items: All products from the Candles, Bath & Grooming, and Aromatic categories (for health and safety reasons).
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any product that has been personalized, monogrammed, or made-to-order to your specifications.
- Final Sale Items: Any item explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
We carefully inspect all items before they leave our studio. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
