Our Policy at a Glance
- Return & Exchange Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return once it reaches our studio. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
The Returns & Exchanges Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our studio address.
- Package & Ship: Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Completion: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email. For returns, your refund will be processed. For exchanges, we will ship your new item promptly, following our standard shipping timelines.

Refunds: Timing & Method
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Credit/Debit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after we process them. The exact timing depends on your card issuer or PayPal.
- Please note that shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To preserve the integrity and safety of our curated collections, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Aromatic & Personal Care Items: All Candles and products from the Bath & Grooming and Aromatic categories (for health and safety reasons).
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any product that has been personalized, monogrammed, or made-to-order to your specifications.
- Final Sale Items: Any item explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
We carefully inspect all items before they leave our studio. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
